Hannah Cheo
Hannah Cheo (formerly Hannah Harris) is a California-born artist whose creative journey began at the age of seven. Sixteen years later, she earned her degree from the Laguna College of Art and Design in Laguna Beach, CA. Shortly after graduating, she was accepted into the renowned Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach, where she exhibited her work for the next seven years. It was here that she gained recognition for her striking six-foot-tall paintings of hands. Her work, described as both "inspirational" and "moving," has been collected nationally and internationally.
In recent years, Hannah’s art and life have entered a new chapter. Now based in Georgia and creating under her married name, she is in the process of reestablishing herself as an artist. Along with sharing techniques Hannah's passion lies in helping others experience greater levels of freedom and authenticity in their identity as creatives.
At the core of Hannah’s artistic practice is a commitment to create from a place of intimacy—intimacy with God, with herself, and with others. She believes that when art flows from this space, it carries with it the very presence of peace, hope, healing, and deep love.
